Orders & Deliveries
1. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship to France, the entire European Union, and Indonesia (Bali). For other destinations, please contact us at contact@somapadelsport.com and we will explore the possibilities.
2. What are the delivery times?
In France: 2 to 4 working days.
In Europe: 4 to 7 working days.
To Indonesia: 1 to 4 working days.
Pre-orders have a delivery date indicated on the product sheet.
3. How do I track my order?
As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Products & Quality
1. Is the Arion Pro 1 racket suitable for my level?
The Soma Arion Pro 1 is designed for intermediate to advanced players seeking a balance between power and control.
If you have any doubts, write to us: we will help you choose.
2. What does “30-day trial” mean?
We give you 30 days to try the racket at home. If it doesn't suit you, you can return it to us for a full refund, provided it is returned in near-new condition (see Return Policy).
Returns & Refunds
1. How to return a product?
Write to us at contact@somapadelsport.com, specifying your order number.
We will send you all return instructions.
The refund will be made within 7 days after receipt and validation of the product.
2. Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and reorder the desired model.
